Nail Lux 17th Street Salon policy

Nail extensions require regular refills every 2-3 weeks to fill in the space created by the growth of your natural nails.

The duration of acrylics can vary from one person to another, but it is never recommended to go beyond 2-3 week without a fill and nail treatment. 

Nail polish chips or peels over time, with regular polishes lasting up to 3 days and gel polishes lasting up to 2 weeks.

The nail shop gives a one-week guarantee on the treatment and products, which is void if the customer has the nails serviced by another nail shop, works without gloves with harsh chemicals, bites or intentionally breaks the nails, uses products other than those recommended by the nail shop, does not follow the nail shop's advice for home care, neglects to seek medical help, or does not use the products according to the instructions.

Complaints must be reported within 2 working days of discovery in writing or by telephone. The nail shop will give the complainant an adequate response within 2 working days. If a complaint is justified, the nail shop will perform the treatment again.
